International Returns

Returns within 30 Days

All freight for International returns are paid by the customer,and it is their responsibility to send back. Flowersea Fashion are not responsible for any lost or

damaged shipments. Once received we will refund you for the amount of the goods returned. Customers will not be refunded for any duties/taxes incurred when originally receiving the shipment.

The return process usually takes 5-10 business days upon receipt of item(s).You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

RETURNS POLICY:

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
Merchandise returned without the original hangtag, or a damaged hangtag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

*Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

International Exchanges/cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges at the time. Customers follow the return process (stated above) for their unwanted and will need to place a
new order for the desired product.
If you need to cancel an order contact customerservice@flowerseafashion.com immediately. We are able to cancel the order if the package has not been
shipped yet.
If an order has been shipped and refused, the customer will be responsible for the original duties, taxes, shipping& handling costs, as well as any duties,
taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package back. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
